We don’t want to see you go, at Disctopia, but there’s a process to go about deactivating your accounts. Before deactivating your Disctopia account, please note the following;
- You can’t reactivate your Disctopia account. You must create a new one
- Some of your information may remain visible to other Disctopia users for up to 30 days.
- Your fans cannot find your or search for your works as your profile, music, uploads, podcasts, and merchandise will be deleted.
- Whenever you’d like to come back to Disctopia, you’ll have to register from a fresh new account.
To deactivate, please follow these simple processes;
- Click on Settings from your Disctopia dashboard.
- Scroll to the Deactivate Account tab.
- Click on Deactivate and Delete Account.
