How To Invite Team Members To Your Disctopia Account

Team members added to your Disctopia account will be able to add and edit content, e.g., podcast episodes, view True Play Analytics, and be able to copy player embed codes. Please keep in mind you must have an Agency Level plan at Disctopia.

However, they will not be able to tamper with the security settings of your Disctopia account, e.g., billing settings, payout settings, etc. Access to these areas is limited to the account admin only.

Here's how to invite team members to your Disctopia account;

1. Sign in to your Disctopia account via play.disctopia.com
2. Go to Settings, then click Team
3. Click "New Member" and enter the email address of the users you will be inviting. Once entered, click Invite.

4. Your team member and collaborator will receive an email inviting them to join your Disctopia account;

5. Your team member will click the Accept Invite link in the email.

6. Once the invitation is accepted, the team member's email will be listed on your Disctopia account.
